Costs of a kitchen. Focusing here on countertops, what ballpark range are you looking at? It really depends on the size of your space. A small vanity top could be as low as $350. A full kitchen is hard to ballpark the higher end since it is majority based off of the size you need. Our starting promotion is typically about $1899 (around 35 sq ft) including the fabrication, installation, and template. However, different materials and customizations can quickly bring it well over that cost. That is why we offer standards. A standard sink, cutouts for said sink, faucet holes, edges, etc. If you are looking to have a granite kitchen countertop, it doesn’t have to be over the top. There are color options that are on the more affordable side. If you pair that with a free sink, free finished edges, free faucet holes, you’re not tacking on any extra costs! We are very transparent off the bat with the estimate. That being said, it is a lot of work for the guys. They have ample experience with this type of work. You are getting the best service possible. The rarity of the stone plays into the price as well. If you are looking at a granite level a in comparison to a level e in our case, the level e is going to be much pricier. That is because it is more difficult to get the level e. It isn’t as common or as attainable as others. You’re paying for not only the quality, the service, and the look, but the uniqueness as well. All together it is a process that can be an exciting one. You get to work closely with us for 3 weeks at the very least. Before the fabricators and installers even start working, the showroom associates help choose your color, sink preferences, edges, etc. Basically everything that makes this countertop unique to you. After all it is your very own space. So when you go into this process, think about the work that goes into it! We want to do everything in our power to create your perfect countertop, while keeping it as affordable as a business realistically can.
